Our Registered Manager has been with the company for 7 years. She started as the Care Manager with specific responsibility for training and has 27 years of experience in the care industry. She ensures the effective and smooth running of the home for both residents and staff. She prides herself on her team of staff and their level of commitment and the care they provide to our residents.

Hannah has been with the team for 4 years. She started with no experience working in Social Care but on completion of her in-house training Hannah decided she wanted to further her career within the industry. We supported Hannah to apply to university in 2018; Hannah has since gained a Foundation Degree in Community Mental Health and a BSc (Hons) in Health and Social Care whilst continuing to work full time, Hannah has progressed from care assistant to team lead and is currently our Deputy Manager.

Liz promotoes skin health and wellbeing and also provides support and awareness of continence with compassion and dignity for residents.

Maggie makes sure that the home is always clean and infection control proicedures are followed to the highest standards.

Mel champions the residents' physical, mental and emotional health involving all significant others throughout.

Karen prides herself on her home cooked nutritional meals and baking. She works closely with her fellow cook, staff and residents to ensure diet and fluid intakes are met through healthy, balanced eating.

Karla ensures the physical and mental safety of our residents and works to keep the home safe from injuries.

Sarah ensures that all residents have a wellbeing care plan which promotes their independence, ambitions and goals.

Tash champions the eight standards of dignity and respect to ensure all residents receive the best possible care.
